What are Affinity Programs?
As a Proud Partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation has the ability to offer many valuable exclusive benefits to its members. As the largest Chamber in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with more than 280,000 employee members, The Chamber is able to negotiate cost-saving programs for services and products that are commonly used by businesses across the Valley.
The Chamber offers several exclusive benefit programs and will continue to add programs that are of a common interest to its membership.

Chamber Health Benefits
Capital Blue Cross is pleased to partner with The Chamber to bring Small businesses (2-50 employees**) group health insurance options through an easy to use online benefits marketplace. The Chamber Health Marketplace simplifies your benefits administration with paperless technology and taking the complexity of age banded rates away. Employer groups have the ability to offer multiple plan options to their employees, along with dental , vision, life and disability. This gives your employees the flexibility of shopping for their health insurance while at home, in the office, or on the go during your open enrollment, and choosing the plan that is best suited for them, and their families.

**The Chamber Health Marketplace must adhere to the Capital Blue underwriting guidelines for group plans. A small group is comprised of at least two full time employees. One can be an owner, but there has to be one other full time, common law employee, that is not a spouse, or dependent of the owner. The plan also cannot be made up of just owners/partners/officers.
