The CCEDC currently offers three loan programs that are administered through the CCEDC: The Small Business Revolving Loan Program, the New Business Loan Program and the Small Business Expansion Loan Program. In addition, we also offer PIDA loans on behalf of the Department of Community Economic Development (DCED).

CCIDA Revolving Loan Fund:

ELIGIBILITY:
The Carbon County Industrial Development Authority (CCIDA) has established a low interest rate loanfund to assist existing small businesses located or proposing to locate within Carbon County.

ELIGIBLE PROJECTS:
Machinery, equipment, construction/renovation and real estate.

CCIDA New Business Loan Fund:

ELIGIBILITY: 
The Carbon County Industrial Development Authority (CCIDA) has established a low interest rate loan fund to assist new business start-ups within Carbon County.

ELIGIBLE PROJECTS:
Machinery, equipment, pollution control equipment, operating funds and real estate.

Small Business Expansion Loan (SBEL):

ELIGIBILITY: 
The Carbon Chamber and Economic Development Corp. (CCEDC) has established a low interest rate loan fund to assist existing businesses to expand within Carbon County.

ELIGIBLE PROJECTS:
Machinery, equipment, pollution control equipment, construction/renovation and real estate.

Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA):

OVERVIEW: 
The PIDA provides low-interest loans and lines of credit for eligible businesses that commit to creating and retaining full-time jobs and for the development of industrial parks and multi-tenant facilities. Loan applications are packaged and underwritten by a network of certified economic development organizations (CEDOs) that partner with PIDA to administer the program.

ELIGIBLE PROJECTS:
Land and building acquisitions; Construction and renovation costs; Machinery and equipment purchases; Working capital and accounts receivable lines of credit, Multi-tenant facility projects; Industrial park projects.
