The Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation (CCEDC) offers two modern, fully equipped spaces available for public rental — designed to meet the needs of local businesses, organizations, and community groups.
Whether you’re gathering a small team for a strategy session or hosting a full-day training, our spaces offer comfort, flexibility, and a variety of amenities to make your event seamless from start to finish.
Our Spaces:
The Conference Room
A private, professional setting ideal for small meetings, interviews, or presentations.
Features comfortable seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a clean, modern aesthetic.
The Classroom
A spacious and versatile setting perfect for workshops, trainings, and community events.
Flexible seating arrangements and ample natural light make it great for larger groups.
Our Conference Room can accommodate up to 15 people whereas our Classroom can accommodate up to 20 people plus an instructor. Each room is well-equipped with electrical outlets, viewing screens and a large whiteboard in the classroom.

Comfort Package – “Refresh & Recharge”
Upgrade your experience with thoughtful touches that keep guests comfortable and focused. Includes everything in the Essential Package, plus:
- Bottled water and coffee service
- Access to copier/printer
- Custom welcome signage for guests
Perfect for: Client meetings, workshops, and working lunches.
Premium Package – “Full-Service Experience”
Take your event to the next level with our most inclusive offering.
Includes everything in the Comfort Package, plus:
- Lunch coordination with local restaurants or caterers
- Snack station (granola bars, fruit, etc.)
- Notepads and pens for attendees
- Post-event cleanup and support
Perfect for: Full-day trainings, retreats, or community programs.
